Welcome Home!
Well, here I thought the first week of January was going to be chock full of breaking up fights between bored kids. Turns out we bought a house instead! Or at least we're in the process of buying a house.
As you may or may not already know, we sold the OG PV Cape Cod last April. The people who bought it didn't give us much time to look for something to buy so we opted to rent for a year while we looked instead. We ended up a little further south in OP, and thought maybe - just maybe - we'd land that way closer to my old stomping grounds.
However, we just couldn't escape the PV charm. And we're very grateful to stay within the community we have come to know and love over the last 8 (OMG 8!!!) years. We have inspections this week, so think good thoughts as we go through that process. All goes well, we'll close in March, and should be fully moved in by the end of April.
This house has so much potential, and we can't wait to get started with our plans. Also, we're probably just a little bit crazy. Stay tuned for a tour of the inside, and feel free to follow us on Instagram @thepvcapecod as I document the process of renovating.
